udev Rules for ARM Microcontroller Flash Programming Interfaces

These udev rules configure various flash programming and/or debug interfaces for ARM microcontrollers. In general, these rules to allow users in the wheel group to access the particular flash programming and/or debug interface. This allows installing JLink or OpenOCD, for example, without the setuid flag set.
