Microsoft Small Basic is a free minimal programming IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for the Microsoft .NET enviromment. It is vaguely reminiscent of the old Turbo Pascal for DOS. Small Basic was especially designed for teaching computer programming to children, but is useful for anyone who wants write programs for Microsoft Windows with a minimum of bother.
